Warranty and Limitations

Manufacturing Warranty

Current Forge products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing and print defects under normal use conditions. If a product fails due to a material or manufacturing defect within one year of purchase, we will replace it at no charge.

What This Warranty Covers

• Print defects that affect fit, function, or structural integrity
• Hardware defects (incorrect or missing fasteners)
• Dimensional errors that prevent proper component fitment

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

• Damage from impact, grounding, or physical abuse
• Damage from overtightening fasteners
• Electrical damage from third-party PWM controllers or incorrect wiring
• UV degradation from prolonged direct sun exposure
• Wear from normal use over time
• Modifications made to the product after purchase
• Use outside stated compatibility specifications

Important Limitations

The following limitations apply to all products unless a specific product page explicitly states otherwise:

• Water exposure: Designed to handle cockpit splash and light spray in normal kayak use. Not submersible.
• Load-bearing: For accessory support and organization only. Not rated for structural or primary load-bearing applications.
• Compatibility: Fits the components and models listed on the product page only. Verify fitment before drilling or wiring.
• Electrical use: Housing and organizer use only. Use proper fuse protection, wire gauge, and marine-rated connectors in your build.
• Heat and UV: Outdoor-rated PETG. Inspect for heat or UV degradation over time. Store out of direct sun when not in use.

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, contact us at our contact page with your order number and photos of the defect. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
